In order to use your GoMoWorld plan on your Apple device, you need to activate Roaming to allow you to connect abroad. Go to Settings and tap “Cellular”. Tap on your GoMoWorld eSIM If you didn’t name it “GoMoWorld” during eSIM installation, it may appear as “Travel,” “Secondary,” or something similar. You can identify it because the number usually begins with several zeros (e.g., 00000…). Ensure that “Data Roaming” is activated as shown below. Pro tip: you should deactivate “Data Roaming” on your home SIM to avoid any bad surprises with your home provider

In order to use your GoMoWorld plan on your Samsung device, you need to activate data roaming to allow you to connect abroad. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager and ensure GoMoWorld is toggled on and Mobile Data is configured with GoMoWorld eSIM.  Calls and messages should remain on your physical SIM or on the eSIM corresponding to your main phone number. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and toggle on Data Roaming

How do I install a GoMoWorld eSIM on Android (Samsung, Motorola, …)?

Reminder before you start: To install your GoMoWorld eSIM, make sure you have: An internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) A compatible device (see Which devices support eSIM ?) A GoMoWorld account with at least one active plan (see How do I buy and start a plan?) Step-by-step installation After purchasing your plan, open the GoMoWorld app   If not logged - in, login using the same credentials you used for purchase Tap the  “INSTALL ESIM”  button on the home screen. The app will now generate your eSIM. This can take up to 2 minutes depending on your internet speed. You need to authorize ie.eir.gomoworld to access the eUICC (an eUICC is the approval method required to allow an eSIM to work on your handset) profile on your device.  If another eSIM is currently active, your phone may ask you to  temporarily disable it  to proceed. You can re-enable it later if needed.  \ Once the eSIM installation is complete, you will be asked to check your device settings. Please check the following points: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager and ensure GoMoWorld is toggled on and Mobile Data is configured with GoMoWorld eSIM.  Calls and messages should remain on your physical SIM or on the eSIM corresponding to your main phone number.  Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and toggle on Data Roaming  Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names, select GoMoWorld eSIM (a) on the figure and enable eir Data Access Point Name (b) on the figure    Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators, select GoMoWorld eSIM (a) on the figure and toggle on “Select Automatically” (b) on the figure. Your GoMoWorld eSIM will be prepared in the background. This can take up to 2 minutes. Once ready, your device will prompt you to  Activate eSIM . Tap  Continue  to proceed.   On the next screen, you will see your GoMoWorld (eir) eSIM profile ready to be installed on your iPhone. Tap  Continue  again.   Your GoMoWorld eSIM is now active on your iPhone. Tap  Done  to finish this part.   You will be asked to  choose a label  (name) for your GoMoWorld eSIM to help you identify it easily. After choosing, tap  Continue .    In the next steps, you will be asked a few questions. Always choose your home number Select your  home number as the default line  for calls and messages. Select your  home number for iMessage and FaceTime . Select your  home number as the default line for Mobile Data  if you're still in your home country. If you're already at your destination, you need to choose your GoMoWorld eSIM for Mobile Data Do not enable  “Allow Mobile Data Switching.” Tap  Continue . Just  disable it  in your settings while you wait for your next trip. Your GoMoWorld data plan begins  the moment you activate it in the app , which starts the countdown of your plan’s validity (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). What this means for you: You can  purchase and install your eSIM  ahead of time, even before your trip (you will need internet to do that). You can also  activate your plan while still at home  to get everything ready in advance. This way you’ll be connected to the internet right when the plane lands. The countdown won’t begin until you click on the start button to activate your plan , and  data usage won't start until your device connects to a local network  abroad.\ 📱 Example: If you purchase a 7-day data plan for Italy today but don’t travel until next week, you can install your eSIM now and activate the plan just before departure. The 7-day countdown starts from the moment of activation, and your data only begins being used once your phone connects to a local Italian network using the GoMoWorld eSIM. ✅  Tip:  Before you travel, make sure your GoMoWorld eSIM is correctly installed and that your device settings are ready—especially  data roaming should be turned ON .
