My eSIM was installed but it doesn’t work
If eSIM installation is completed but you have no connection:
- Ensure your plan is activated in the app
- Check that GoMoWorld is selected for mobile data in your phone's settings
- Make sure data roaming is on in your phone's settings
- Check that you're in a country included in your plan
