When can I install my eSIM?
You can install your GoMoWorld eSIM right after purchase — there’s no need to wait! Simply open the GoMoWorld app and follow the steps on screen.
If you purchased online, don’t forget to login using the same email you used for purchase and install your eSIM immediately.
Important things to keep in mind:
- You need a good internet connection to install your eSIM successfully.
- Be patient! Sometimes the download of the eSIM can take up to a few minutes.
- Installing your eSIM does NOT start your plan.
Your plan only starts when you click on the “Start” button on the homepage of the app whenever convenient for you and your trip. - Plans do not expire until you activate them, so you can safely install your eSIM now and activate your plan later — whenever you’re ready to use it.
- Once installed, do not delete your eSIM from your phone: your GoMoWorld eSIM will work in 200+ destinations with the same eSIM.
